Coaching Packages
F.R.E.S.H. offers several different coaching packages and is willing to set up a plan that will work best for you and the Coach if there is not a suitable one offered. No contracts are required with F.R.E.S.H. Counseling Solutions, but we do ask you to make a mental commitment of at least three months. Most clients continue with a coach for six months to four years because they see the benefits in their lives. Additionally, clients generally experience more than a 500% return on their investment with a 98.5% client satisfaction rate.
Sliding Fee Scale:
For those clients that have demonstrated a need for reduced fees or who are not sure of whether coaching is for them, there is a sliding fee scale. My current sliding scale is $100-250/month. This includes 4 45-minute sessions/month or 2 90-minute sessions/month.
